Priorities

Usually, when I write I start with a title and work from there. Building upon the idea of the title until I have a full blog post. But this is not one of those situations. I have an idea that I can summarise in one word. But I want to talk about where my priorities lie, I have limited funds available and I want to talk about how I am deciding what comes first. I'm not talking about food or heat, I'm talking about moving forward with content creation and pleasure activities.

Many of you who read this post will know that I spend my time streaming, and in the near future, I am looking to create more content, such as these blogs, videos, YouTube, TikTok whatever takes my fancy really. I need a space, a space to work, to come up with ideas, to stream, to record. Currently, I do all of this in my bedroom and the issue with that is I have no separation between work and sleep. It means I often end up staying up much after working on ideas, playing games, etc. You get the idea.

So, I need a studio, I think that is where my priorities lie. I have been trying to think about where I want to spend my money, and originally I was saving up for a motorcycle. Unfortunately, I was scammed/hacked and lost most of the money I have saved up. So I'm mostly starting from scratch when it comes to funds. But really what do I need? I have most of the hardware I need, It's mostly furniture, a sofa of some kind, a new desk and chair. There's not really much that is needed to get started but finding the time to sort it out while streaming seven days a week is proving to be a challenge.

So, why don't I just take a break? I have asked myself this many times, and the truth is, it's just my schedule. I stream every day, without fail. I have streamed for the last, 109 days, without a break. And the truth is, I just love it. Every second of it, every minute. I don't want to give it up, not even for a single day.

So I shall push forward, continuing on the grind that I love so dearly. I will just have to find the time for everything else where I can.

Thanks for reading,

Spec.
