Hello everyone, you know what, today has been an amazing day, one been to see my college tutors as I needed to get sponsor money and then I've been at youth done all day.

Its unreal hire tired I am but god it's been good. The reason I telling you all this is because you deserve to know that people on the spectrum are able to have a good time out. It may be harder to come by but when it happens you feel amazing because of it.
So here's what I want you all to do, spend a minute thinking about all the positives and good things that had happened with your children, partners or anyone else you know on the spectrum and have a little celebration to yourself,

Realisation and some Information

Hello everyone, Today I have had a realisation, I have spoke with a couple of readers, and read other blogs. Up to note I've been writing my posts in an overly complicated six step process that it designed only give the information I think you want to hear. Now this does produce well written posts but it also means I'm spending so much of my time on writing posts they there's no enjoyment in it for me. I have discovered that isn't the way I should be doing things, I think you all would prefer I enjoyed writing even if it was of a slightly lower quality.
